             This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how REVAUXY LLC processes your personal data, as a controller - the categories of personal data, the purposes, the legal basis for processing, for how long we store them, with whom we share them, as well as the choices and rights you have in connection with this processing. We responsibly accept our task of protecting all your personal data to which we have access. In creating this Privacy Policy, we have taken into account the principles and requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and the Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection.

             I. Information about us.
             The mobile applications SmartClaiMS Garage Mobile, SmartClaiMS Mobile (SCMobile), SmartInspections, Armeec Car Check, BI Smart, Bulstrad Explorer, Generali Inspections, Groupama Inspections and DZI Claims are the property of REVAUXY Ltd., with UIC 122044018, with headquarters and address of management: Sofia, 81A Bulgaria Blvd., floor 2.

             II. What personal data do we process?
             Personal data are all data by which a person can be identified directly or indirectly (name, address, identification number, location data, online identifier; signs of physical, physiological, genetic, mental, intellectual, economic, cultural or social identity of this individual, etc.).
             We process the following personal data:
- username and password;
- IP address;
- e-mail address;
- location data;
- data about the mobile device and operating system you use;
- data about the natural person - three names, unified identification number, address, identity document, telephone, e-mail address, bank account, driving license, location data at the time of occurrence of the insurance event;
- data for motor vehicle – registration plates, VIN, assessment amounts and compensations;
- data in connection with a concluded insurance policy - number, type and term of the policy, insurance premium, coverage, validity, information on previous damages / claims, data on deductible, subinsurance;
- photos of vehicles and documents containing personal data.

             III. Cookies.
             Our mobile applications do not use cookies.

             IV. For what purposes do we use your personal data?
             The purposes of processing are as follows:
- To provide and maintain the service.
- To notify you of changes in the terms of use of the application.
- To analyze the effectiveness of the service in order to improve it.

             V. On what basis do we process your personal data?
             We use your personal data only when the law allows us. We most often use your personal data in the following cases:
             To fulfill a contract that we have concluded or are about to conclude with you. To improve our services and provide you with safe and secure operation of the application.
             To protect our legitimate interests.
             To comply with a legal obligation.
             In certain circumstances, we may process your personal data on the basis of your consent. In these cases, we will notify you of the purpose and category of the personal data that will be processed at the time we request your consent.

             VI. To whom do we share and disclose your personal data?
             We do not share, disclose, sell or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties. In providing some of our services, we use personal data processors that perform certain activities related to the processing of data, such as their storage. We only use processors of personal data that provide sufficient guarantees for the application of appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a way that the processing takes place in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and ensures the protection of the rights of data subjects.

             VII. How long do we store the information?
             We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including the fulfillment of legal, accounting or reporting obligations.

             VIII. What are the consequences of not providing personal data?
             In case you do not provide the necessary information, we will not be able to provide you with the use of the service, as the application will not function properly.

             IX. Security measures:
             We have taken a wide range of technical and organizational measures to ensure the lawful processing of your personal data and their protection against unauthorized access or dissemination.

             X. What are your rights?
Right of access:

Right of portability:
You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format or to request us to transfer it directly to another controller.

Right of adjustment:
You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect, or to be supplemented if it is incomplete. You can also make the adjustments through your personal profile on our website.

Right to delete:
This is your right to be "forgotten" - to request that your personal data be deleted from our databases, in certain circumstances: your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected; if you believe it have been processed illegally or there is no legal basis for the processing.

Right to limit processing:
In certain circumstances, such as if you have doubts about the accuracy of your personal data, the lawfulness of the processing or you have objected to our legitimate purpose of processing your personal data, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data until a solution is found.

Right of objection:
At any time and in certain circumstances, such as if you doubt our legitimate interest in processing your personal data, you have the right to object in consideration to your specific situation.

Right of appeal to the Commission for Personal Data Protection:
When you believe that we have violated your rights in the processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with us to the supervisory body of the Republic of Bulgaria, which is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
